In the open-plan living area (with Smart TV), a cast-iron stove is installed between the sofa area and dining area for cosy evenings by the fireplace, which can be used if desired. The open-plan kitchen with good equipment (electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, large fridge, coffee machine) invites you to cook together. Fast WLAN is available throughout the house and on the terraces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A lockable bicycle room in the outdoor area offers space for bicycles you have brought with you. There is also various garden furniture, its cushions and some beach and garden games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The garden - natural and edible<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Our garden, which is partly on a slope, offers plenty of space and is being developed in a natural and edible way. Herbs such as peppermint, thyme, sage, rosemary, lavender etc. and berries (blackcurrants, gooseberries and blackberries) can be picked and tasted. A bee and butterfly-friendly meadow and a flowering fence have already been planted. In addition to the terraces at the house, there is another terrace in the meadow area, which can also be used and should be accessed via the meadow. The old wooden staircase in front of the house - a relic from the former horse stables - can be seen as an art installation and can only be used at your own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another, separate part of our property is also home to the \"Phantasilie\" nursery, a privately run kindergarten with 12-14 children who enjoy playing in a section of the 7,000 m\u00b2 garden. So you can expect to hear children's laughter from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
